Recommended capture plan—not product canon
Shoot vertical 9:16 in 4K at 23.98 or 30 fps. Lock shutter, ISO, white balance, and focus; expose manually so every state remains comparable.
Use a 35–50mm equivalent on a tripod for the environment and subject. Add one 70–85mm-equivalent detail pass for the interface, light, shutter, and finished portrait.
Make the pod’s authored light the hero. Turn off conflicting overheads where permitted, keep ambient at least one stop below the pod, and use black negative fill only if room spill flattens the face.
Lead with the unresolved image inside 0.5 seconds. Keep the four story beats near 1–2 seconds each, then hold the finished portrait for 1.5–2 seconds.
Grade a 4K master first. Export 1080×1920 H.264 at the captured frame rate with captions inside the center 80% safe area; normalize social audio near −14 LUFS.
